Sessions Training Center, an exclusive personal training facility, is located on the cusp of San Francisco’s mission, castro and lower haight districts. The natural slate floors and simple wall colors provide a warm environment for the center’s top-of-the-line machines and equipment. sekou cooke STUDIO collaborated with K Bieg Design to design and construct the dynamic display wall housed within the static shell. this intervention hangs off the side reception area wall, peels off individual layers to reveal electric orange shelf pockets, transitions into a floating reception desk, and connects to a frosted glass partition. In addition to designing the space and building the display wall, sekou cooke STUDIO was also responsible for designing the logo, web site and all the graphic material for Sessions.
